- We present various menu options, detailing what’s included and available extras. We also handle the organization of the menu tasting.
- We advise and recommend professionals for lighting services, DJs, musicians, boats, cars, transfers, catering, florists, decorators, and performers.
- We help you find the perfect properties and venues to host your event.
- We inform the maître and chef about guests’ dietary intolerances and allergies.
- We create a detailed schedule for all suppliers and ensure they fully understand it. On the day of the event, we oversee the adherence to the agreed schedule.
- We verify that the hall staff has arranged the venue according to the bride and groom’s wishes.
- We ensure the kitchen, catering staff, and other suppliers perform their duties as agreed with the bride and groom.
- We ensure that all suppliers hired by the bride and groom adhere to the venue’s rules, providing clear instructions for optimal execution.

Abril Events will provide you with a comprehensive guide to complete 14 days before your wedding. This guide includes essential details such as the names, contacts, and phone numbers of all contracted suppliers, budget, table plans, seating arrangements, decoration styles with chosen photos, event timeline, and special moments along with the corresponding songs.
After receiving all the information, we will meet to review and, if necessary, make adjustments. Seven working days before the wedding, we will meet at the venue to go over the entire plan together. The day before the event, we will meticulously review all crucial moments and aspects. If you wish to add any special moments, please include them in the guide we provide.
In the days leading up to the wedding, we oversee the setup to ensure everything goes as planned. On the wedding day, we place details on the tables, including names and gifts, and supervise the final setup with all suppliers. We coordinate the event from the appetizer to the coffee service, managing all interactions with the contracted suppliers. However, please note that we do not handle floral decorations, as this is the responsibility of the florist.
Our coordination service also includes three face-to-face meetings before the event, prompt resolution of all your queries via email, supervision of the setup two days prior, and comprehensive supervision for seven hours on the day of the wedding.
We do not handle the dismantling of the event or the relocation of decorations. We also do not attend or manage religious or civil ceremonies. Our focus is on assisting with the hiring and coordination of external services to ensure your wedding day is perfect.
